What your account stores

Workwo uses Supabase Auth for sign-in. Your personal workspace shows the entries, projects and clients from the same account you use on iPhone.

When a company is connected

After a company account is connected, its administrators and managers can see work intervals, descriptions, and project and client names, including past work entries. Personal notes and entries excluded from work time remain in the personal workspace.

The administrator manages company billing. Employees can see their estimated pay and their own line items in issued invoices. Members of other companies cannot access these entries.
